PKF specialized in hospitality operations, and the Denver office was the firm's largest service provider between Chicago and the West Coast. Bill's primary responsibilities included hotel market analysis and operational consulting throughout the western US.

Directly responsible for operating a 500-member equity club with food, beverage, golf, tennis, and swimming facilities.
